In reference to fashion designs: Purchase a NDA to keep competitors that I design for, from using certain similarities after date signed, even though an agreement to not sue, may have already been signed.  (I’ve done this before under Etha International with no problems.)

*If an endorsement deal cannot be obtained, a portion of the funds or all of payment will be refunded. In the event, that ideas and designs are already given, only a small portion of funds will be returned, because you’ll still be able to resell them or obtain a deal on your own, using them. Items are given at Chicks N Kicks LLC discretion. However, please contact before purchasing so Chicks N Kicks LLC can see if a deal can be extended first, then your payment will come out of the contract, instead.

*Fashion Designs cannot be purchased by or for Fashion Nova, Ed Hardy, Kimora Lee Simmons, Gigi Hadid, or Jennifer Lopez, Donatella Versace, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Kerry Washington, Kardashian/Jenner and affiliates (tv shows as well). 
*Televised/Streaming Ideas cannot be given or sold to Kardashian/Jenner Family, the Smoth Family, Tia Mowry, Keke Palmer, Jennifer Lopez (J. Lo), Taraji P. Henson, or Tyler Perry.
