Real Estate Entertainment Rental List

Do you own land, or a house (furnished or unfurnished) that you wouldn't mind renting out for entertainment recording purposes?
Pay a one time “NETWORKING” fee to be added to the list that can (possibly) generate thousands back. Entertainers are always looking for new places to film for music videos, tv shows, movies, commercials, etc. Service offered in all 50 states.
ALL FUNDS FROM RENTING PROPERTY GOES TO PROPERTY OWNER. CHICKS N KICKS LLC. DOES NOT TAKE A CUT. PLEASE ENSURE THAT FUNDS RECEIVED ARE ACCEPTABLE. (I’d recommend a money order or cashiers check, to avoid returned payments.)

$50 REFERRAL FEE once payment is received. Make sure they send email letting me know that you referred them.

DISCLAIMER: If you’re interested, please have your own contract drawn up. Consult a lawyer, review HOA agreements, and local laws before joining. (CHECK TO SEE IF YOU NEED A PERMIT.) Do not leave important/expensive items around. Include damages clause in contract. Chicks N Kicks LLC isn’t responsible for missing items or damages.
PROPERTY MUST BE INSURED. 
I’am a licensed agent in the state of Louisiana only; if you have properties in other states, I can refer this transaction out to a local agent for house/property sitting, depending on brokerage/real estate commission laws, if needed. A licensed agent isn’t needed, however, I suggest you have a trustworthy assistant available during filming hours. 
*All properties will be consider: small, large, modern, luxury, rural, multi-units, fixer uppers, even trap-like properties. Corporate buildings are needed as well. 
Join the list even if you have transportation you can rent out: cars, trucks (semi’s included), buses, airplanes (helicopters or jets too), boats, rvs, and go cart like vehicles. Doesn’t have to be brand new. MUST BE INSURED. 
*Daily Rental Prices are negotiable.

*Artist/Entertainers continue doing business with those who made their business feel appreciated and was a pleasure to work with. Nothing extra is needed, just willing to compromise. But don’t be afraid to negotiate.
