Purchase a NDA to keep competitors that I design for, from using certain similarities after date signed, even though an agreement to not sue, may have already been signed.  (I’ve done this before under Etha International with no problems.)

I have designed clothing and shoes for multiple models in the past, under name Etha (based in London) with no payment or credit given. 
Designs cannot be resold. Designs cannot be purchased for or by Ed Hardy, Fashion Nova, Kimora Lee Simmons, Gigi Hadid, Donatella Versace, Jennifer Lopez, Ed Hardy, Kerry Washington, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, or Kardashian/Jenner and affiliates.
