I have designed clothing and shoes for multiple models in the past, under name Etha (based in London) with no payment or credit given. Price is non-negotiable.
Designs may be sold to one company only. Please let me know which company it’s sold to. Designs cannot be sold to, given to, or by Fashion Nova, Kimora Lee Simmons, Gigi Hadid, Donatella Versace, Ed Hardy Brand, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Kerry Washington, Zendaya, or Kardashian/Jenner and affiliates. 
*Right of refusal.
* “Sign NDA” sold separately.
Purchase a NDA to keep competitors that I design for, from using certain similarities after date signed, even though an agreement to not sue, may have already been signed.  (I’ve done this before under Etha International with no problems.)
OTHERWISE
*Must be willing to sign agreement to pursue no legal actions against other companies/brands that I work(ed) for. 
24 HOURS TO SIGN AGREEMENT OR MONEY WILL BE SENT BACK.

 All Confirmation will be through email through signed handwritten receipt/agreement from Chicks N Kicks LLC.’s founder and confirmed by phone call WITH FOUNDER of Chicks N Kicks LLC., Kiara Holmes.
